Who are we?

We’re a team of passionate practitioners and health focused individuals who have worked in the natural health space for many years. With a strong desire to stimulate growth in, streamline access to and safeguard the future of natural therapies, and with the support of the complementary medicines sector, we built My Appointments, a free practice management system designed to save practitioners time and money.

We’re now extending our efforts into helping practitioners grow their business with Find My Appointment, an advanced search natural health directory that bridges the gap between clients and practitioners. We’re committed to strengthening the future of natural therapies which is why we are also donating 10% of profits to build a political fighting fund.

Frequently asked questions

Profiles will be free for 12 months from the date the platform officially launches to the public. We anticipate this to be in the last quarter of 2023. No credit card is required to secure your free profile.

The cost for the premium listing will be $168 per annum.

Research shows that 62% of people book appointments outside of usual trading hours so whilst we highly recommend allowing clients to book online to maximise your bookings, it remains optional. If you choose not to allow online bookings, a ‘Request Appointment’ button will appear on your profile which will allow clients to contact you directly to request an appointment.

Use of the My Appointments platform is optional however it does help supercharge your bookings as it creates a more seamless booking flow with real-time availability displayed. You can also request pre-payments or deposits, send intake forms and more. If you prefer to stick with your existing practice management system, you have two options. The first is to have a 'Request Appointment' button. The second is to connect your existing booking link on your profile. Clients will see a 'View Availability' button and will be redirected to your existing booking link to make an appointment. Please note, if you choose this option, clients cannot search your available times via Find My Appointment. There is also a one-off connection fee of $49 to link your profile to your existing system.

Before profiles are published, Find My Appointment will ensure practitioners are fully qualified, have appropriate association memberships and/or insurance.

No. Whether clients contact and book you directly or via Find My Appointment, we do not take any commissions. If clients are required to pre-pay or leave a deposit to secure the booking, a payment gateway processing fee of 1.5% plus 25c per transaction will apply.
